All appointments are booked by request. Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment. Requests are reviewed and confirmed based on availability, service area, and clinical eligibility. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from our practice.

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other clients. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Repeated late cancellations may affect future booking availability.

Coastal Concierge Wellness provides mobile services throughout San Diego County, including La Jolla, Del Mar, Encinitas, Coronado, Downtown San Diego, Chula Vista, and surrounding communities. Availability outside our primary service area is offered at our discretion and may be subject to an additional travel fee.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods communicated at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change; the price quoted at the time of confirmation will apply to your visit.

All services are provided under physician oversight and are subject to a brief health screening prior to treatment. We reserve the right to decline or modify treatment based on clinical judgment, safety considerations, or a client's medical history. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information.

Our services are elective wellness and aesthetic offerings and are not intended for the treatment of medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not use this website or a text message to seek emergency care.
