He founded Coastal Concierge Wellness to bring the same standards he practiced at the bedside — sterile technique, careful assessment, and true clinical judgment — into a private, unhurried setting.

Every visit begins with a private health screening and vital signs. Care is declined when it is not clinically appropriate.

Coastal Concierge Wellness operates under the medical direction of Seth Dinowitz, MD. Clinical services are provided under physician oversight in accordance with California regulations. Dr. Dinowitz supervises the practice's clinical protocols; he does not personally evaluate or treat every patient.

- Every appointment includes a private health screening, review of medical history and medications, and a set of baseline vital signs. Treatment is only provided when it is clinically appropriate for you that day.

- By appointment. Same-day availability is often possible, and after-hours or weekend visits can be arranged in advance for concierge clients.
